Services

Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychological Support Services

One to one counselling and psychotherapy with Leighah Beadle-Darcy. UK and Europe client rate £45 per session. 
Sessions UK time Weds, Thurs, and Fri afternoons only (1-6/7pm). Currently fully booked (no waiting list in operation for the time being), but referrals to colleagues and other services can be made. Please check back for future availability.

Email psychological clinical support service with Hannah Simpson. UK and Europe rate £30 for block of 6 email sessions as introductory price. Weds, Thurs, and Fri afternoons only (1-6/7pm).

Typology Services (from March 2023)

Currently Enneagram focussed. 

Enneagram core type interview/profile with Leighah, who is trained in the Narrative Tradition under Dr Deborah Ooten of Conscious Living Center. 
£75 per interview, including follow up email and notes.
Due to running other regular services like psychotherapy, please email/contact for availability of times and any wait time. We can also recommend Deborah Ooten herself.

Image Consultancy, Personal Style, Body Image and Confidence

Coaching, Wellbeing, Best Self Services

This entails a Tailor-Made Package of services other than psychotherapy. For example, body image coaching, nutritional support (general wellbeing and nutrition, not a dietician's role), dance and movement, midlife and transition coaching, email motivational support, enneagram/MBTI coaching, decluttering, wardrobe curation, slower living/'slothology'(using our booklet, Masuma Sloth stories etc), life coaching, style, and more. We tailor this service collaboratively to your current need and what you want to explore and develop, with the possibility of creating a series of different exclusive services, or an ongoing mix of various services. 
£45 per session. 
Current slots left are limited and within a set timetable.

We also have resources on some of these topic that can be purchased through our Etsy shop or directly from our Patreon shop. We are constantly creating more and updating and refining current ones.

We also offer workshops/series of workshops and classes on occasion with ourselves or in collaboration with  affiliates. Prices will vary according to workshop. We will keep you updated via our blog and/or emails.

Patreon

We now have a Patreon, where we harness creativity that we hope will be helpful too. Please check it out on the link below if you are interested in subscribing and becoming a Patreon member. Patreon platform also has a digital shop now open to all, even if not a subscriber, where we have our PDFs and booklets, and are going to be creating more videos, PDFs, recodrings etc.

After trying a few therapists, I gave Leighah a try. And I can say she has listened, encouraged, given me the opportunity and ability to get to where I am today. Not the frightened, self destructive, self doubting person I used to be. She has shown me that with determination and support nothing is impossible, and it is never too late to try. I have enjoyed some classes with Hannah as well and they are a great team.
