Katy has kindly shared some of her favourite affirmations that are helping her in her journey to health and recovery.

'In this blog, I am going to tell you some of my favourite affirmations to help through the day, or like me when you suffer with GAD. I am also going to give you some tips on self-care.
I am on this 'I AM' Affirmations App, and here are some of my favourite ones:
1 - I rise above the stress that is trying to weigh me down.
2 - I will be Okay.
3 - I will always be enough.
4 - I set goals that require hard work because I believe in me.
5 - I give myself extra doses of self-care and self-love when I need to boost my positivity.
6 - I am stronger than any tough times.
7 - I forgive the past and heal for the future.
8 - Today I will do something my future self will be proud of.
9 - I am stronger than I seem.
10 - I survive on bad days and thrive on good days.
These are the affirmations I do every day, and they help too!'
