Katy has written some blog posts, and here is the first one of her current series. We have been late getting these on site as we have had some issues with the site and then Leighah had to get a new laptop! Katy writes: In my mental health journey, I can go up and down, so that's why I think self-care and self-love are important, as it can help you to deal and cope better. I am at the very end of my eating disorder recovery, but it is the body image and Generalised Anxiety Disorder/GAD that is making that last step harder. So, I am doing some David Kibbe inspired work with Leighah, and am learning about his system and finding things that suit my own body shapes and lines and knowing that is my unique body that is good enough. In Kibbe work, I think I am Soft Natural ID, so we are going to work around that. Also, it will help me accept and love my body too. I still have some eating disorder thoughts, but hopefully they will pass and the Kibbe stuff will help with my body image,
